Home Helpers HomeCare, serving the Western Suburbs of Chicago, provides compassionate care for those that need a little extra help to remain safe and independent in their own home. We are licensed by the State of Illinois and specialize in non-medical senior care and recuperative care. Our experienced and compassionate caregivers are thoroughly screened by the owner, who is an RN. They are bonded, insured and receive ongoing training.

Our services can be provided in your home, retirement community, nursing home, hospital or rehabilitation center. We have no minimum requirements, so whether it’s 1 hour a week, 24-hour live-in support or something in between, our caregivers will be there!

You will never need to sign a contract, guarantee a schedule or make an advance payment. You may terminate at any time for any reason and will owe nothing more than services previously rendered.

Home Helpers HomeCare also offers Direct Link Personal Emergency Response System (PERS). Direct Link PERS allows you to be in contact at all times. If you need help, simply press the small, wireless button worn around your neck or wrist and your information appears immediately on the computer screen of our monitoring staff. Our staff will contact you through the 2-way speaker and await your instructions. You can instruct us to:

* Have a neighbor check in on you
* Dispatch an ambulance
* Notify a family member of your situation
* Summon the police or fire department
* If no response, an ambulance will be dispatched immediately

In addition, Direct Link PERS can provide you with added help in case of a break-in while home alone. Simply push the button and our trained staff will have the police dispatched right away.

We're always there for you. Direct Link PERS is monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. With Direct Link PERS, you and your loved ones will enjoy peace of mind.
